This is a really easy pineapple jam recipe. You can use it on toast, but also as a topping on cheese cakes.

  1. Peel the Pineapple and chop the flesh fine.
  2. Heat the pan. Add the chopped pineapple and water. Let them cook for 20 minutes on medium flame. Stir frequently, the pineapple should become soft.
  3. Add the sugar and lime juice. Let the mixture cook for 30 minutes until the mixture is thickened.
  4. Spoon the jam into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months or in the freezer even longer.
