Loquat Liqueur with Ice

This is one delicious treat!

Drink this, iced in a glass, or serve it very cold in shooter glasses after your dinner party. You can use the soaked and boozy fruit you are left with in desserts.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients except the vodka into a large saucepan and bring slowly to the boil, stirring a little to help the sugar dissolve.
  2. Once boiling, take the pan off the heat.
  3. Put the contents in a bowl or a large mason jar that you will be able to cover. Pour the vodka over and leave in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
  4. Strain the liquid through a sieve and then filter through a cheesecloth and pour into some clean, sterilized bottles.
  5. Seal tightly and leave in a cool, dark place for a month before serving.
Recipe Notes

You can substitute loquats for apricots.
